Dr. Sarah Rose Usher is focused on providing you with the most comfortable and advanced dental experience possible. She has a keen eye for detail and is most interested in building a strong and lasting relationship with her patients.
Dr. Usher has completed various advanced training programs and numerous continuing education courses providing her with outstanding experience in general dentistry including wisdom teeth, implants, sleep dentistry, pediatrics & special needs, dentures, root canals, gum disease, sleep apnea. With her advanced knowledge, Dr. Usher is equipped to provide you and your family with the most professional and outstanding results.

Dr. Usher was born and raised in New Mexico and adores the quality time she spends with her family. She has her hands full with a Dalmatian puppy who loves to make his own obstacle courses in her backyard. She loves chocolate chip cookies and fresh flowers in her kitchen.

Meet Dr. Keon Ahghar – Implant & Sedation Dentist in Roswell, NM
Dr. Keon Ahghar’s path into dentistry didn’t start with a business plan—it started with a deep connection to New Mexico and a desire to do meaningful, hands-on work that could truly change people’s lives.
Born and raised in New Mexico, Dr. Keon attended the University of New Mexico, where he was part of the Honors College. From early on, he distinguished himself academically. The year he applied to dental school, he was accepted into more than seven programs nationwide—placing him among the top 1% of applicants in the country.
He ultimately chose to attend the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, which at the time was widely regarded as the #1 dental school in the United States. There, he graduated at the top of his class and discovered a passion for surgery, complex treatment planning, and restoring function for patients who had often run out of options.
Rather than entering general practice immediately, Dr. Keon chose to pursue advanced surgical training through a hospital-based residency at the University of New Mexico Hospital. The program is known for its intensity and depth, with a strong emphasis on oral surgery, anesthesia, and the management of medically complex patients. It was there that he built the foundation for what would become a career focused on full mouth reconstruction, dental implants, and sedation dentistry.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Keon has placed thousands of dental implants, performed thousands of sedation cases, and completed tens of thousands of surgical procedures. His dental implant success rate exceeds 99%, reflecting a consistent focus on precision, planning, and advanced surgical execution. He has continued to train extensively, completing thousands of hours of advanced implant education, including surgical courses and mentorship with leading clinicians across the United States and the world.
Today, he holds advanced distinctions including Master certification in the Academy of Osseointegration, Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and Master status in the College of Sedation Dentistry. He maintains hospital privileges at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center and holds the highest level of sedation certification available to dentists, allowing him to safely treat even the most complex surgical cases.
While deeply rooted in New Mexico, Dr. Keon’s work has earned recognition well beyond the region. Patients travel from across New Mexico, Texas, and Arizona for full mouth dental reconstruction, All-on-4, All-on-X, 3on6 and advanced surgical care—often after being told elsewhere that their case is too complex. He is also frequently consulted by dentists across the United States for guidance on implant treatment planning and complex surgical cases, and many providers refer their own patients—and even family members—to his care.
Patients typically seek out Dr. Keon when looking for full mouth dental implants in New Mexico, a highly experienced provider in oral surgery and single implants all the way up to All-on-4, All-on-X, and FP1 (3-on-6) procedures. He is also sought out for solutions for complex, failing, or previously unsuccessful implant cases. He was a pioneer, early adopter and leader in FP1 implant techniques and is known for combining advanced surgical care with sedation dentistry to create a safe and comfortable experience.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Keon has made service a central part of his life. He currently serves as President of the New Mexico Dental Association Foundation and has helped lead multiple large-scale outreach efforts delivering millions of dollars in donated dental care to New Mexicans in need. He has chaired more than eight Mission of Mercy and denture clinic events, served as Vice President of Casa Kids in Chaves County, and participated in international outreach providing implant care in Guatemala. He is especially passionate about special needs dentistry and believes that the most vulnerable patients deserve access to the highest level of care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Keon is first and foremost a husband and father, with his wife and children at the center of his life. Fun fact: Dr. Keon used to be a yoga instructor.

I have a profound passion for serving others and giving back through my work in dentistry. This commitment is reflected in my annual involvement in dental missions to the Dominican Republic, where I provide essential dental care to underserved communities. In addition to my work in the Dominican Republic, I participate in the Mission of Mercy program. This initiative offers free dental care to individuals in need across various regions, furthering my dedication to improving oral health and access to care for those who might otherwise go without. These experiences are incredibly fulfilling and reinforce my belief in the transformative power of giving back through professional expertise.

Outside of the office, I have a deep passion for traveling, which has taken me to a variety of national parks and countries. I find that these experiences not only rejuvenate me but also provide valuable perspectives and inspirations that enrich my personal and professional life.
In addition to my domestic travels, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Spain. This immersive experience not only enhanced my understanding of Spanish culture and language but also broadened my global perspective.
Southeast New Mexico is home. This is where I was raised and developed my passion for dentistry, it is my greatest pleasure to come home and practice in the community that I love.
